Well, besides the email list which Nicolas Desprez has been running for quite some time now, for the Chaoscope user base (and any others that wanted to "lurk" in the background), he has now created an online Forum:

    http://www.chaoscope.org/phpbb

This new forum is basically for the discussion of Chaoscope and anything related to the program.
