Hi everyone.  smiley I'm a Louisville Kentucky based fractal artist. I do other work too, like ceramics and photography/photo manipulations. I've had my work in some local shows and galleries and have had one fractal piece published in a local art mag. I'm plugging away the best I can but it's lonely, I only know of one other fractal artist in the area.

Knowing another fractal artist in your area actually puts you in even rarer company smiley but here you'll find lots of folks interested in all fractal areas. I'm wondering if you've tried mixing your arts and doing a fractal ceramic? Check out what people are creating with 3d printers here - it seems very sellable! Probably the price of printing needs to come down a bit first.

I poked around on YouTube just now and looked up 3D printed fractals. I've been following the progress of the printers. I think they are great on one hand, but also worry about how it will affect the art world. They can print ceramics now too. It's great technology but it will cause a shift, just as cameras did when they first came on the scene.
