Hi Jesse,

Do you think GPU assisted rendering will be possible one day? Like openCL or CUDA support. Would be tremendously great and would save us weeks if we render animations, which is what I'm trying to do mainly.  wink
There are such powerfull GPU units out there, it would be a shame to waste its potential. I've seen with on Fragmentarium with very nice results, unfortunately it is very limited and does not have such nice functionalities as Mandelbulb 3D.

Cheers, and thanks for your wonderful program!

Limited? shocked Not really. You can program every thinkable fractal formula with it - only - I think - it has a not very realistic result. MB is better

But to adapt MB to GPU Jesse should entirely rewrite it so no police

Afaik Fragmentarium is limited in animations, 'cause it does not support keyframe animations yet.
There is no "perfect" renderer out there, they all have pros and cons. But they are free! grin
