hi there, please do not post images directly, it would be nice to post to the gallery entry or the forums entry

like, for a forums link (in this case)

Hi, sorry I hope that is better, Is it because it takes up more server space? I just saw that the options to link were there but didn't know one was different from the other ..sorry for any hassle

it would be better if the image is hosted on another server if it is already here on the ff server, then it makes no difference if direct linking or to the
entry, linking to the entry makes it more versatile,

if hosting an image on another server, it is in most cases not bad to link on the page instead of the image directly anyways, because if you link to a devintart or flickr page, the people can easier choose to comment or big size view

when linking the images directly use the [ img ] tag to display it inside your posting ...
