Does anyone know if the animation referred to in Peitgen & Saupe, "The Science of Fractal Images," as reference 56 (page 301) has ever been put on a web site or news group?

It is credited to Jurgens, Peitgen, and Saupe and titled "The Mandelbrot Set: A Computer Animation of Complex Dynamical Systems (Institut fur den Wissenschaftlichen File, Gottingen, 1988) (to appear)".

Did it ever appear? Is it possible to get a copy of it somehow?
