There is an email list which is dedicated to coding for UF, called "UF-Programmers".   You should be able to subscribe by sending an email to the following address:
    uf-programmers-subscribe@list.ultrafractal.com

When this email list used to be run (for many years) under the fractalus.com Domain (with the ezmlm program), one could retrieve older postings by sending a request to the automated List Server.   In fact, there was a very informative Help message that explained what all one could do with the List.   But since it has changed hands and is now controlled by "Slick Freddy", using the CommuniGate Pro LIST 5.0.10 version software, I am unsure what you can expect from it now.
