 the question is:

what does the expression  (0,1) when after something like "Condi. Phi"
in one case it is Mode (0..31)  

Is this an  on/off  switch?

It's either an Enable/Disable switch or two possible states of something. That case it looks like it's turning on or off the Golden Ratio or something.

A powerful formula with 31 different modes. You cannot blend between two different modes sorry I have spent a lot of time makin that formula and I don't even remember all the details
