Zeta Tarantulus I

Fascinating. The absence of straight lines in their architecture, combined with the almost organic forms of their machines, indicate a psychology fundamentally alien to us, Captain.

(Sittinglight's box/spherefold/foldingintpow formula, with tweaks; Julia seed off-axis.)

Thanks!

This is another one where it took quite a while to get the fog, lighting, and coloring just as I wanted them.

It really does suggest alien geometries ... with no real concern for up and down, in particular.

Fascinating. Perhaps the builders are an aquatic species, Captain.
