Bright, Bright, Sunshiny Day

http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=16838

Nice little render I created in Mandel Machine.  The picture I used as the colour palette was a picture of the sun setting behind a pier.  The palette was selected by dragging the 'line' on the picture along the metal work of the pier, with the sun in the middle, hence the bright hues separated by dark lines.

I uploaded the full sized 9600x5400 80Mb .png to my rented internet server twice but it was removed each time for some reason without my say so, so I can't show you the full sized version!  I'm not going to upload it a third time, as it takes 15 minutes to upload and I'm off outside to see if I can view the Geminid meteor shower.

To anyone viewing my posts and finding missing/broken links to a website called www.needanother.co.uk, I still own the domain but recently cancelled my server (saving £30/month) so even though the domain address exists, it points nowhere.  I hope to one day sort something out but for now - sorry!
