I want to present the first deep zoom I've made into the Cubic Partial Burning Ship Imaginary fractal.

This fractal has some really interesting structures and charcters.

The octopus baby:


Since we are all waiting for SW7, here is Jabba:


And for the first time, his beautiful girl fried:


Her beautiful eyelashes can get every man's heart beat double blows:

would you mind sharing the palette? I love the "black light" feel of it and would like to see how you achieved it..

It needs a good stretch to reveal the interesting stuff.

I'm using "infinite waves", (sine waves on HSB colors)
H 11
H 19
S -60 (meaning static 60%)
B 5
And a color division some 4-5 I don't remember the exact value.

Totally missed this one ... but it's a wonderful mix of shapes, a little familiar but totally new anyway. Those oldschool colorbands really work. It's all like a moving fluidlike psychedelic oil painting.

2 years of daily fractal zooming and I still can't get enough and still can be surprised.  smiley
