I'd like to say hi to everyone on this forum. I'm new here and have to say there are some amazing pictures on the site.

I've been interested in fractals ever since reading James Gleick's Chaos way back in the early 1990's and have written small fractal generation programs ever since but nothing earth-shattering like the programs that are mentioned on here.

Hopefully I'll be able to get some inspiration and know-how to make the program that I'm currently working on better.

Okay...it's not very sophisticated a the moment and I don't get a lot of time to work on it but this is my program:

http://www.dpw-shane.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/visualbasic.htm#chaos

It's a Windows application created in Visual Basic (I know that's not the best choice for a maths intensive fractal program but it's the language I'm most comfortable with at the moment).
