Hi Jim, I know this is off site from here but you will be well on track by taking a look at the resources in the MB3D section of fractal resources on dA.. http://fractal-resources.deviantart.com/gallery/28239427  in particular all of Hal Tennys tutorials (goto page5 for the first few) as a great intro to many aspects and also any/all by Dark Beam(Luca from here) and bib993( Jeremie from here)  .. you will also find a great many parameters both here and on dA to start tweaking and exploring..hope that helps

Hello and welcome to the forums   afro

I too use Bryce, but not a lot.  Never could get used to the interface, but love the render engine.  I use Carrara mostly for 3D Play.

As for MB3D tutorials other than the ones mentioned above, try a search on youtube.  I'm sure there are many on there.

Lots of threads here on various aspects of it here too.  It depends on what you want help with for which tutorial would help you most.

Good luck with it, and enjoy the forums   evil
