Ah, thanks Buddhi! I had a few images in the /images folder...which were being automatically overwritten and I didn't notice.

The 3D images are great!

Is the program just off-setting the images horizontally? Or is there more to it?

There is only horizontal camera offset adjustable by "distance between eyes". It is completely enough for achieving realistic stereoscopic images.
