Both image and link don't work. The name i.imagur.com resolves to a machine that blackholes HTTP traffic. (It does not seem to respond at all, not even with an RST packet, when contacted on port 80.)

Can't confirm that.

I see the image, and the link works!

I'm in the USA and using Firefox on Windows Vista, and also saw it on my Mac (running Firefox as well, on OSX 10.5.2).

Maybe it's a problem on your end? 

Didn't try just the "i.imagur.com" because the rest works from here...

It's imgur, not imagur. That might be your problem. It works for me.

It wasn't transcribed exactly in the comment but that wouldn't affect the behavior of clicking the link or viewing this topic.

I now see the image as well. It seems the problem is intermittent. You may still want to look into more reliable image hosting.

I have not had any problems with the image, nor the link, since this was initially posted.  (And I have been checking it on/off ever since.)  And because nobody else has reported any problems with it, then that tends to make me think it is more a situation with your ISP connection.     wink

I think it was a blip at the image hosting end - for a period of around 3 hours the image and link did not work here either.
