you did an awesome job here, the water really looks like foam, is it just the output of mb3d, with exaggerated lights ?
how did you achieve that foam effect ?!

Thanks Christian!  Yes. The foam effect is just md3d coloring and lighting.  Kind of a happy accident really.  I aligned a part of the color map (where it changed from white to blue) right where the cylindrical-menger shape touches the HeightMap plane.
