 I need to learn how to use lights to do stuff like that in M3D.  I always loved that effect.  Time for me to watch the tutorials... I've been trying to port my formulas over here, and then I think of other formulas while I'm doing the code, and never get around to learning to use the excellent M3D software suite.  


    The fractal formulas (T2 and T4 specifically) appear to be inverse sphere packings, the inverse of Apollonians- so instead of seeing the spheres, you see the spaces in between.  I did have an old version of T2 that did sphere packings, but it wasn't as interesting as the inverse that we're using now.
