I recently saw this video and then ordered some ferrofluid online to mess around with.

It's pretty cool, but I can tell it would be a lot more interesting with a hydrophobic surface like in the video.
Anyone know where I could get one? And exactly how hydrophobic it would need to be to get these kinds of results?

That ultraverydry looks pretty impressive!
Also pretty expensive but it's looking like you can't really get something like this for cheap
