Email notifications glitch

I'm now receiving watched-thread notifications in triplicate. I just got three over a two-minute period or so for a single post by SeryZone to a thread I'm watching.

That's a new one on me.

I'll look into it, but am not sure why that may happen.

Just as a guess - try unsubscribing  (stop watching the thread) - then re-subscribe.

No idea if it will help, but it's the closest thing to a "reboot" I can think of.

I'll let you know if I find any reason that may be happening.  Please let me know if the "reboot" works.

It may have been something transient, because it's not happening with this thread.

hmm, perhaps  it happens because of raw editing of entries

as proof i am going to open and edit this document 3 times, and you should receive a total of 4 notifications about this thread

Nope, only the one. While the other one wasn't edited at all. And then there was another post to that thread and I only got one notification about that one.

Looks like this was a one-off glitch...
