I need help in compilation Mandelbulber program with OpenCL support under Windows. I'm using MinGW64 environment. I have tried to collect proper libraries and includes for OpenCL but even if the program was compiled successfully it refers during starting to some dll-s which I can't find anywhere (atiocl.dll or atiocl64.dll) - I'm using nVidia GPU and I have Cuda toolkit installed, so it's a little confusing why it needs dll-s for ATI GPU.
So please help me in finding proper libraries/includes for OpenCL which will allow to compile and run the program with nVidia GPU (only this I'm able to test). This SDK has to have OpenCL with C++ interface (some are only compatible with standard C). Under Linux it was very easy because it was enough to download nvidia-opencl packages from Debian repository. Unfortunatelly I'm not so familiar with programming under Windows.
Mandelbulber source code is available here:  http://mandelbulber.googlecode.com/files/mandelbulber1.09_opencl.orig.tar.gz

   Thanks in advance

I am willing to help test the OpenCL implementation. I have an ATI video card.

Do I need to install the MinGW64 environment? There instructions look a bit daunting...

hm, a little question: what or how is the water animated? had a quck animation with a water plane. couldn't notice any movement there (awaited moving waves or something)... reviewed the tabs - found nothing. can anyone cure my silliness? or is it within the source addition?

You are right. I have just found stupid mistake in the program. Water animation works now only in "flight mode", not in "keyframe mode". I will try eliminate this mistake as fast as it's possible.

Testing 1.09 now, can you expain to use the "GeneralizedFoldBox types".  The dropdown menu is dimmed, not sure how to activate this.  Thanks for finally fixing the rotation problem in flight.

you first have to choose the "Generalized Mandelbox Fold" as fractal type in the fractal tab. then the menu will not be dimmed any more.

Thanks for the reply, just tested it out and it works great.  Now gotta test the rotation fix for animation, but that will take a few hours of processing!!!  I shall return.
