This image shows the construction of a futuristic Ark which will transport the human race to interstellar regions in an endeavor to locate suitable planetary sites around distant stars.  The Earth has long run out of resources, hence the need to relocate.  All of earth's living organisms have been assigned suitable habitats on the Ark.
