Hi there!

I have been interested in fractals for abaout 20 years now and have written several programs, starting with Turbo Pascal 4.0 and at present using Borland Delphi 7.0.

Some of these programs have been published (in Dutch) in the Journal "Blaise" of the Dutch Pascal Users Group:
"L-systeem figuren (=L-system figures)" in Bliase #53 July 200, p 63 - 68
"Cellulaire automaten in Delphi (=Cellular automata in Delphi)", in Blaise #55 January 2001, p. 14 - 17
"Groei van lagen en kristallen en de tekensnelheid van Delphi en Turbo Pascal (=Growth of layers and crystals and the drawing speed of Delphi and Turbo Pascal" in Blaise #57 July 2001, p 86 - 90.

I have also used programs written by others, among others the well known program FRACTINT but I like it more to write programs myself, also because I am interested in the mathematical background and in applications of programming methods.

I am curious to see how this forum is going to develop and if I keep on visiting it and contributing to it.

Hoping to meet again,

Paul

Hello Henegnanj,

Thank you for your welcome message. Also sorry for the BIG picture, I thought it would be about the size of your portrait but it came out greater than expected!

Best regards,

Paul
