Thanks!

Yes, Chaoscope is my current Favorite Fractal Toy.

I am limited to freeware, so I like this and Chaos Pro best so far.

Others either lack the 3D Option, to which I am very Partial, or I just have not spent enough time with them to be any good yet.

Here's a Fractal Smiley made in Chaoscope!

Needs work...  but I like it so far!

Not only is ChaosPro free, it can export it's 3D Renders in ".obj" format for use in 3D animation Programs and RenderingSoftware!

And it's Open Source, too!

Can't go wrong!!

Nicer Colors now!

did you change the colors / brightness / etc or adjust a "light source"?  It looks like you turned the dimmer up.  smiley

Thanks!

The "Gamma and Brightness" controls, mentioned above, are settings in Chaoscope that I adjusted.

It allows for much control over finished work.

To my knowledge, ChaosPro has never been "Open Source".   Martin Pfingstl has always made several versions of the executable available for download, but the source code is not freely there and open for others to download.

By Jove, you're right!

I must have been confusing it with another of the programs I got at the same time.  I've no idea which program I was thinking of now!

Thanks for the correction!
