Yes, these types of images have been around for many years now. I remember seeing one posted to the Usenet Newgroups a long time ago. They give a whole new meaning to the phrase "hand job".

Reminds of the entry into the 'How would you modify the human body' competition of New Scientist magazine. One young chap wrote in. I would change my hands and feet to be spider monkeys, then I would change the monkeys hands and feet to be geckos... Then I could climb up ANYTHING!
