Can you tell me what are the differences between 'members' and 'guests'.

Do I understand it well that all our post is to read for all guests of this Forum?

Guests are simply "lurkers" who haven't signed up for a forum account, or who haven't logged in yet during their session.

Currently yes.  The forum supports permissions on a board by board basis.
