Mandelbrot Safari XXVII: Angiosperm Anemone

http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=12832

Is it a flower? A sea creature? Whatever it is, it has a seed cluster at its heart and eight petals surrounding it.

Magnification: 5.176x10226 (compared to a zoomed-out view of the entire M-Set).

Minimum Iterations: 101176

Computed at 7200x5400 and downsampled to 1280x960; nonadaptive (too much high-frequency detail for adaptive AA to help at all on this one)

Time taken: two frigging weeks. smiley
