Pythagorean Nightmare

http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=12096

Created with the Fractal Science Kit fractal generator. See http://www.fractalsciencekit.com/ for details.

The method used to produce this image was inspired by work done by Pablo Roman Andrioli (Kali) described in the post "Very Simple Formula for Fractal Patterns" on Fractal Forums. See http://www.fractalforums.com/new-theories-and-research/very-simple-formula-for-fractal-patterns/ for details.

Yeah, it reminded me of a chaotic version of the geometric proofs given for the Pythagorean theorem (squares built on the sides of a right triangle).  grin
