Awesome! What software did you use? (Or is "Boxplorer" the name of it - never heard of it, but I'm still discovering new software for fractals all the time on this site).

It's on the list. Maybe by 2012 I will have tried out all the fractal software that's caught my eye. BTW, that K-ifs image is really clean. I love the texture. Be careful where you show it tho. It could excite a hungry zombie! "brains...." LOL The Rev

I think you'd get nicer colors if you modify the iteration count for coloring (press I for iteration mode, use left/right arrows). I really need to finish the HUD someday...

I really love this real-time business! I had done some experimenting with boxplorer already, but I will play with it some more now that I've seen these screens! Yes, please make a HUD/UI. But, before you do all that, can you make it so that if you're holding a mouse button to fly, it also steers the camera like when you're sitting still? Maybe its already an option and I missed it... I'll check it out some more. I downloaded all of your sample cfg files. EDIT: Nevermind, duh, I found it. Hold down alt. I guess I want it to be so you hold down alt to make it go straight. Maybe you should just make it a toggle? I'm having fun with it now, and downloaded all of your sample cfg files. But, I'm getting laggy when I go fullscreen, although it runs pretty fast in a window. I have an ATI Radeon HD 5830.

I love those "inside your blood system" images in the first post Visual! (B) What is it? Inside box?

This is some really lovely work, and incredible software. How can obtain higher resolution images though?

This is my first test using FRAPS to record my journey in boxplorer. I also did some post temporal smoothing and noise reduction in VirtualDub. I'm using my gamepad (Logitech Rumblepad 2) to control the movement, although it seems like I could adjust the sensitivity a little better. It was hard to bind everything so it would work, but now it's like I'm playing a mandelbox video game!

thanx for the tip Rrrola, very useful ..yes Kraftwerk, a kind of, thanx. PureGuitarFury: just open and edit the configuration file (.cfg file) using notepad or similar, change the size parameters as you like, drag-and-drop it inside Boxplorer. ReallyBigName: nice anim.! ..another random zoom..
