Well, today (April 12, 2007) was the start of the eleventh year of Jim's posting the FOTD to some fractal related discussion email lists.

He has completed ten full years (though not all days within that period were able to have their own FOTD).  But the volume of images is around 3,000 and the main web page http://www.Nahee.com/FOTD/ has been accessed 279,640 times (averaging around 76.5 times per day).

It has been two years since the above was posted, which makes it now the beginning of Jim's thirteenth year of creating the FOTD.  But, I have been slowly changing all of the old HTML 4.1 coded pages to XHTML 1.0 using CSS 2.1.  So if anybody has problems with some of the pages not loading correctly, then please send an email to let me know.

I just noticed that this is the originating site for several of the animations at the other topic in this board:
  The Ultimate Fractal Video Project

I wished I had the time to view 13 years worth of these images. Who knows what hidden treasure is amongst all of those fractals.
