Hi
I made this because Quaternions feel slighted by all the attention given to Mandelbulbs..

The quaternion animation made with Mandelbulb 3D.
The background is a zoom into the topview of a mandelbulb made with Visions of Chaos

Hi Blob
The music is from an obscure band called Digital Dogs and the track is called "I think thus I byte"

Great background - makes a good contrast to the shifting curves of the quaternion. very cool!

Hi Well En Taoed,
Just saw your reply from last October! Don't really know what pointers to give you... The quaternions shapes are from a formula in Mandelbulb 3D which I animated using different shape and color parameters in the animation module. The background is a pretty deep zoom into a mandelbulb viewed "from the top" (Y rotation set to 180) rendered with another software , Visions of Chaos.
Sorry for the delay in answering...

Like the colors and the bounciness of the quaternions!

Could be animated even more bounciness maybe liquid-like?
