Perpendicular Multibrot with interior distance estimation. Colour of points inside is determined by period detection, their brightness by distance estimation. Points outside are coloured by usual escape time algorithm.
x - power axis from -6 to +6.
y - revolving axis in the complex plane from point (0+0i). It revolves 2 Pi during the movie.

Your video is good, but I thought that it would look more like the Perpendicular Mandelbrot when the power is close to 2.
