Bryan Alvarez will be presenting my latest work at the TEDx conference in Berkeley, February 19th, 230pm PST. He will be speaking about the Human Atlas Project, which aims to be the first 3D interative atlas of the human body that scales from organs to atoms, and shows the dynamic LIVING processes of the human body. The mission of the Human Atlas Project is to celebrate the beauty of living systems.

Made with Mandelbulb3D 1.6.9.1

That is an absolutely fabulous video, bib! I love the way the parameters change, especially in the 2nd part of the video. Absolutely great!

So, do you mean that this video will be shown at the TEDx conference? How is this related to the human atlas project?

The video illustrates the dream he did and that was at the origin of the human atlas idea.

Congratz about the TED thing Bib ! I have been contacted too, I had to work on a short dezoom sequence which should be included in the trailer. It seems TED really likes 3d fractals cheesy

Your clip is amazing, those transformations are just silly. The second part is the best 3d fractal stuff I ever seen. Bravo Jeremie ! (I'd love to see this clip on a huge screen !!!)

That's funny. Have you been working for Bryan's talk as well? What trailer are you talking about?

Thanks for the compliments. I also think the 2nd part is one of the most amazing 3D fractal transformation ever made smiley

I was contacted by a motion design studio from Amsterdam, in charge of the official TED trailer and looking for a short fractal sequence. Looking at the storyboard, my dezoom sequence (about 15 seconds) will look like it emerges from the inside of a tree (lots of CG/video footages compositing in this trailer).

Now you have to render it again in stereo for full immersion !!! tongue stuck out
Kudos again Bib !

I'm afraid I never render the same sequence twice. CPU time is too precious to duplicate work cheesy

Congrats once more, bib!
Can only agree, the 2nd part is very cool.. to see all the latest discoveries in this transforming way!

I might have to do an option for only rendering the left-eye images, to extend a previous ani to 3d?
(but due to color and other changes in program developement, this might be a wishful thinking)

Really amazing stuff, Bib!  Those transformations are both beautiful and mesmerizing.  I enjoyed the music, as well.  This was a good way to start the day. smiley

In fact I have re-rendered it, so never say never smiley and it won the 2011 FF video contest!

You know that zongo, because you did the soundtrack on it wink

So I just reuploaded it to Vimeo with your music.

My first upload on Vimeo, the quality difference with Youtube is stunning, even after downscaling it from 1080p to 720p (because Viemo's limit is 500Mb per week unless you subscribe)

Enjoy smiley
