I am glad to find this messageboard about fractals !
I im into fractals since the early days and was one of the first readers of the frac cetera.
I wonder if this e-paper still exist ...

As to the old FRAC'Cetera publication, which usually came on a floppy disk for the PC, I am sure many of the files may be found, but I do not believe that it has been kept up-to-date with it's publishing.  In fact, I have not seen anything from Jon Horner (the editor) in quite a long time.
