hello everyone,
which settings are working to render a drop?
the problem is the light inside and outside a volume (a sphere) to simulate water (concerning reflexions, tranparence...)

That would take a lot of trial and error.

Mostly, it has less to do with reflections and transparency and more to do with refraction. 

Try setting the Index of Refraction to about 1.33 and see how it looks.  This will also depend on whatever else is in the scene and the types of lighting involved.

Be prepared for lots of experiments, and have fun with it!
