I remember getting unusually obsessed with the colouring of this image, creating and importing loads of different blue-white pallettes and shifting them around, until I found an arrangement which (for me) summed up the terrifying raw power of a tsunami wave, rising up from the depths...

The very next morning, just as the render completed, news of the Asian Tsunami started to appear on TV surprised
