Tglad's Mandelbox and using the delta DE methods for RIFS

I have now added an extra "Lighting + Orbits" method to the colourings in the mmfwip3d formula (wip3D5).
This allows full-3D based orbit trapping for any of the formula types plus the option of using "genetics" based colouring for the "Lowe's Mandelbox" and "Simple Sierps" formulas (as suggested by Tglad).
