I suppose Mandelrift should really be a reserved name for some new cool mandelbulb formula. But I borrowed a oculus rift from work and thought that converting an old mandelbulb viewer of mine to it would be a good test project and Mandelrift just felt like too natural a name not to use.

I have only tested it on my i7-3770 + gf980 computer which just about manages 90 fps on the standard settings. If you have faster computer you might want to increase the max nodes to get better quality.

Just run the exe and put on the headset, then use the xbox controller to move around the fractal, however I haven't implemented any sort of vr sickness mitigations so you might want to be a bit careful smiley
