Wow lovely shapes! thanks for sharing the c code.
I am experimenting with using fiji to create .obj files from the output .pgm images.

Do you have any suggestions on how to output the black pixel coordinates as numerical x y locations to a text file rather than an image?
I would like to use the coordinates for import into a renderer.

Do you need pixel coordinate ( integer x and y ) or float numbers ( double zx , double zy ) ?

oops missed your reply - by a few months  smiley

Thanks I think float numbers would be good -  would that produce a huge amount of coordinates?
I think the renderer will handle several hundred thousand points though.
