While Johan may be too self conscious to say so, he too is in the New York contest and has put together an amazing set of fractals to show.... Time to vote for him also http://johanandersson.artistswanted.org/atts2012

Voted for everyone!
Guys, now let's face the reality, this is a commercial operation designed to make money on the people who pretend to be artists!
When I got the email about the 77 needed votes, (I think that was when I reached 20 votes) there was an option to bypass the queue by paying $20.
And now that have passed the 77, I just received another email to register to another contest! Great, I reupload some images, and at the end of the process, they ask me if I prefer the standard option at $25 or the professional one at $50...

Thank you Louis! Self conscious... In the sense of being paranoid, yes! I was a bit sceptic to this "competition" because of the strong facebook connection, and after reading bibs comment I guess I was right... But I was going to post the link here... I think... Anyway, thank you for "collecting" my works! I still have a long way to the (not so ?) magic 77, I'll try to get there anyway... I will vote for you others, I have an old, anonymous account on FB I could use...

Just reached 250 collections! What's new is that you don't need for a Facebook account anymore to vote, an e-mail address is enough. So, please have a look and if you like, click on the big "Collect Me" button on top of the page! (and on the "Share" button as well if you want...) Here is the LINKThanks for the support fractal mates!

Cool bib!!! Nice to see it up there... I don't think I made it, I got a feature on their site, but I didn't work hard enough to get those 77 votes... Thanks guys! The 77 votes bar was just to be invited at the VIP party. In order to be selected for the show on Times Square, you had be in the top 1000-2000 among 35000 participants. Interesting report: http://www.capitalnewyork.com/article/culture/2012/06/6012774/times-square-billboards-answer-high-brow-calling-art I don't know how many of the 9 images I submitted have been shown. Maybe only 1. Anyways, it was a one time event, and each image was shown during 5 seconds, so no, I was not there, but I was lucky to find one of mine by browsing photos I could find on the net. Not sure if this is big enough to be featured in the ChaosTV news Christian To give you an idea, here are some videos of the event:
