Many thx. this is the formula to render it. You have to use logarithmic insight or geometric amplification.

Z(n+1) = Z(n)^2 - Z(n)^(-0.08) + 0.4

Many thanks for your feedback. The formula will be included together with many others in a Parametric Explorer to be released in one or two years time. Most probably as freeware. It is a simple formula without Conditional Statements however, the behavior of this fractal under iterations is so strange that I´m still looking for the best way to render it. I was unable to do it with commercial applications.

Nice one, great render.  I know what you mean...I had to install a seat-belt on my chair when I started working with Mandelbulb3D... wink
