Oyster Ridge | ||||||
Previous Image | Next Image | ||||||
Description: While strolling along the beach, I came across this natural oyster ridge. It's uncanny how fractallike these creatures are. Even though all their shells are slighty different, you can recognize the same pattern. I couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures. This one's my favourite P.S: Couldn't have done it without Luca and his additional formula's! This one's my first experiment with Luca's Quadist transform. Madman | May 18, 2011, 08:13:20 PM Thanks! @KW: Well, it was meant to look real, so it's good to know that I fooled at least one person, even it was only for a very short while ![]() @len: I checked your renderosity gallery and I'm really impressed with the stuff you're doing (or were doing...) with Mojoworld! Fantastic landscapes! |
KRAFTWERK | May 18, 2011, 09:36:31 AM Show me the parameters of that part of nature to prove that it is for real!!! ![]() Great render madman! I actually thought it was for real for a second. ![]() |
lenord | May 17, 2011, 11:44:59 PM Very cool surface, I like to be able uo get that effect in Mojoworld on surface textures. It would work great for something like this old one http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=2019103&user_id=439380&member&np |
