I guess you can easily improve that kind of render by decreasing the raystep multiplier in the calculation menu, it will remove some noise and sharpen details. You can also try to slightly increase the DE stop (try 1.5 for example), i suggest you to spend some time with the calculation options, try different settings, because some formula combos are really odd to render.
Another easy thing to do is to calculate an oversized render and publish a half-sized image.
But the most important is to experiment the software by your own wink
