Daifenghuaike Orgone Transfer Dock & Shuttle Train
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: A Daifenghuaike shuttle train (right) sits in the transfer dock, awaiting a new consignment of orgone. From here the orgone will be taken into low orbit and transferred to a ship belonging to the Daifenghuaike Interstellar Fleet. It will then transported to a dis-eased World and used to give it healing. I've been exploring the fractal surrounding the Orgone Accumulator pic and can definitely feel a series coming on... I've long been a fan of Chris Foss and the "Orgone Series" will be my homage to his work. Guest | January 20, 2011, 12:01:21 AM Thanks Mark. I think I got the lighting a bit more Foss-like this time (switched off all the HS). It's still early days for me & Mandelbulb 3D; but the IFS type formulae (Menger, Sierpinski, Icosahedron, etc.), hybridised with themselves and others, seem to produce areas of panelling and girder-type formations which can suggest sci-fi hardware. The parameters are posted with the Orgone Accumulator pic - do feel free to have a play |
MarkJayBee | January 18, 2011, 04:48:28 PM As a lifelong admirer of master Foss, I reckon you're on the right track with the colouration here Tex! Been trying for months myself to find the perfect FossFractal - it's out there somewhere!! |
