KRAFTWERK | July 01, 2015, 01:21:46 PM Thank you Zonepatcher! Glad you like it! |
zonepatcher | July 01, 2015, 04:04:53 AM so fan freqin tas tic excellent work n vid |
KRAFTWERK | June 22, 2015, 05:59:08 PM Glad to hear that you like it Torsten, and I do agree about the sudden end... it was meant to be much longer, but I could not make it in time I might do the full version some day... |
taurus | June 18, 2015, 10:47:49 AM Wonderful implementation of the theme, supported by an apt soundtrack. So full points for the artistic expression, especially as you show here, that it doesn't require expensive fx, when the concept is consistent. A little deduction of points for the technical part, mainly because of the sudden end, that leaves this opus look and sound unfinished. But all in all a great work! |
KRAFTWERK | June 05, 2015, 03:16:21 PM LhoghoNurbs, I am sure you can! Thank you ! And Weavers, you make my day every time I get the honor of your insightful wordflows. And this time you seem to review both my Cinematographs simultaneously... phew! You leave me speakless... |
weavers | June 04, 2015, 06:15:11 PM Oh, Mighty power Master, humbly before you we speak, Bow deep we do, in honor of you! Upon the earth, only a few Masters like, you! Welcome Welcome Welcome, dimensionally high time space fractal traveler , we welcome you ! You have traverse space, won and overcome. Well done! Excellent workmanship, superior! please we be and as you see a image analysis you will find here for thee seeithere>http://www.fractalforums.com/fractal-art-review/compo-2015-review-by-wavers/msg84191/#msg84191] . . |
LhoghoNurbs | June 04, 2015, 04:05:53 PM Liked the shape. Liked the motion. Liked the colour. Liked the music. But ... did not like ... my inability to make such animations. |
KRAFTWERK | May 24, 2015, 10:55:36 AM Thank you Luca! I see what you mean Christian, me want that too! |
cKleinhuis | May 22, 2015, 08:53:59 PM Quote from: KRAFTWERK This is the way it works yes. And I know now what you mean, the second they intersect... you do not need any "layers" to avoid that, you only need to avoid it I also could have removed a couple of frames to "hide it" but I really liked the idea of them passing through each other. I am no a big fan of reality AND a CORRECTION, it is not a heightmap in the starting scene, I have to give credit to our Luca Darkbeam, it is his Gnarly I used!!! by layering i mean a way to control multiple formulas, the way it is done right now is limiting the full possibilities, in a 3d fractal program, layers would mean to include as many formulas as one wishes, layering might be a wrong word for it, layering could stay as everyone thinks, real z-layering of render outputs, but a formula definition to define multiple formulas into one DE is what i mean/want .... for you people |
DarkBeam | May 22, 2015, 11:42:06 AM Johan! I liked the vid too |
KRAFTWERK | May 22, 2015, 11:39:09 AM That is more like it Luca! |
DarkBeam | May 22, 2015, 11:36:07 AM Gahhhh I failed. Need more training! Where's the sandbox Retry. Msltoe |

cKleinhuis | May 22, 2015, 04:30:28 AM Quote from: KRAFTWERK Sorry Christian, I didn't see your comment before... Not sure what you mean, but all I use is DE combinate, the first scene with a heightmap and later the two fractals combined... i see, decombinate allows to combine formulas that are hybrid (e.g. it 1..2 formulas1..2) and use that as one to be mindistanced by formulas 2..3 ... was never aware of the functionality really but as we can see all, this needs to be represented as layering mechanism ... |
KRAFTWERK | May 21, 2015, 10:21:40 PM Quote from: cKleinhuis i just wonder how it is done, is that 2 clips layered with zbuffer !? because at one point they move into eachother but as far as i understand mb3d cant do such Sorry Christian, I didn't see your comment before... KRAFTWERK | May 21, 2015, 06:47:00 PM Luca? I thought it was pretty obvious, with those familliar "balls on balls"-shapes. -NOT Benesi. |
DarkBeam | May 21, 2015, 06:27:27 PM Guess formula ... Benesi |

KRAFTWERK | May 21, 2015, 04:29:48 PM Thank you Pulsar! |
pulsar69 | May 21, 2015, 04:14:28 PM Wow very nice work ! |
KRAFTWERK | May 21, 2015, 03:46:04 PM Surprise surprise Christian... I found this 'starfish' just when the competition started, so my ´puter have been working on it since then (when I didn't need it for other things...) |
cKleinhuis | May 21, 2015, 03:42:22 PM wow, kraftwerk is doing more anims that starfish looks like a real shell at some points! |
