| Description: Created using Ultra Fractal. Here the "outside" is coloured using distance estimation and the bailout radius is about the smallest that can be used to render the Heighway Dragon inside/outside correctly. It's quite clear that the distance estimation values are not linear when using such a small bailout, this is due to the fact that although the entire fractal is contained within the bailout radius, the second level of bounding spheres are not contained within the first with the bailout radius used - a larger bailout is required for this - the result being that bailouts from different iteration depths overlap each other.
