Description: I think I'm going to turn to monochromes for a while...

Great results, and much less time used in the process.

I spend A LOT of time choosing colors! embarrass

I think they are in the latest release, although they are not mentioned in the update changes within the documentation. Anyway you can download them from here:

http://www.fractalforums.com/mandelbulb-3d/a-formula-suggested-by-kali/

They are the same but the one finished in "sm" is a less noisy version, but a little slower.

Unfortunately, as the formulas are calculated in a different way as the others, there isn't much combinations or transforms that works. But with a few iterations of them and then combined with the bulb, you get the structures like the one here.

Anyway the formula itself gives interesting results alone, give it a try! I recommend raising the "minimum iterations" parameter to get best and more detailed results.

Here is a video I made with the plain formula and some after effects: http://www.youtube.com/v/1y3y5xsbBwk&rel=1&fs=1&hd=1

Hope you like it and thanks for your interest

I have that problem a lot. When I find something I really really like, I have trouble eliminating noise. Are your formulas in the latest Mandelbulb, or do I have to download them separately?

Thanks Erisian! Sorry for the low resolution, but I prefered this to the larger versions because some undesired noise coming from my formula KaliLinComb were visible embarrass
