Previous Image | Next Image | ||||||
Description: I just had to do a render of the inside now that Jesse managed to feature inside views of the mandelbulb in MB3D... http://www.fractalforums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=5864 I did this with a FoV of 360... Jesse: do I get a 360 degree view with this setting? I do not quite get it ANyway, here it is, with an outside view inside... KRAFTWERK | March 01, 2011, 08:44:56 AM Thank you! OK Jesse, not sure if I get it, but I might start a thread about it if I need it someday... ...a relative heigh zoom value... I thought I should set it to a low zoom value... nevermind, a thread it is. |
Jesse | February 28, 2011, 07:47:02 PM Cool! 360 degrees are only possible without the 'rectilinear lense' option, else it is limited to 170 or so degrees. And it is the y val, meaning the height should be 360 deg then, width maybe more, depending on the aspect. ...but because of the viewplane (it is not a pointlike camera) the full view angle would be only show up with a relative heigh zoom value! |
lenord | February 28, 2011, 07:20:54 PM I've done a few 360s inside Internal Folding and Box caves but it seems to start repeating and not a 360 wrap around, almost like tiling. |
Guest | February 28, 2011, 05:46:55 PM Very cool Johan. I didn't know you could use a FOV that wide. As usual you are pushing the limits... |
