Inverted Menger Sponge Ring - 4 iterations - EXTREMELY DETAILED 3D print!Fractal Talisman - El corazón del matemáticoMenger Ice Cube - 3D printed Ring
Fractal Talisman - El corazón del matemático
Previous Image | Next Image
Description: 3D printed in bronze at Shapeways. Made with Mandelbulb 3D / Fiiji / Meshlab / Netfabb

The second fractalic mystical piece from my fractal jewelry collection "Deo cor est mathematicis" https://www.shapeways.com/shops/mandelpieces?section=Deo+cor+est+Mathematicis&s=0

...the heart of the mathematician symbolized by the Menger sponge encapsulated by the beautiful Tricorn Julia.

After wearing the talisman for several days I've found out it has a very special feature:
- It points out the direction of the gravitational field !!!!

Thank you Dan.
It is printed in wax and cast in a lost mould.
Shapeways are located in Holland (and the states). Are you sure you can't upload your models to them to get them printed?  A Beer Cup

awesome, is it covered resin or casted after a 3D print negative ? looks great, cant wait to print one of my pendant too, but i cant find in my area a good printer, i need one that can print very fine details, theres a company in Holland , near where my sister live  and i found out they can print really high res 3D prints, so in summer, i definitely bring some of my pendants , i want to make them as real jewels, hopefully i can succeed, it is more for my wife , but i have buyers too when i can make them.....it looks great the one you printed and casted wink  A Beer Cup A Beer Cup A Beer Cup

Sorry Torsten, I meant that usually I try to make it not wearable, and with the talisman I failed in that aspect... Hard to pull jokes in english sometimes  undecided  A Beer Cup
