| April 07, 2011, 12:47:19 AM I have my thinking cap on. 1. Laminate, by gluing, 2 layers of 2"x6" kiln dried lumber (cedar warps less) into a 36" x 36" square 3" thick 2. I would restrain the cutting depth of the router to 2.5 inches. 3. Rough out with larger diameter router bit, finish cutting with Smaller router bit, to make corners less round. the main problem remains how to output into a mesh?  |
