Description: This image is slumbering quite a while now, is part of a big spaceship-like complex (where the mech-demon found me) and shows one of its outer wrecked sections. I post it because this scene - especially this picture - has a kind of signature to me and reminds me of something ... but i just don't have a glue of what. Do you know that feeling? Btw I really miss volumetric-light and -shaddows. So i had to cheat with some bloom but it's not the same ... hope you like it anyway. lxh | April 05, 2012, 01:20:14 PM Thanks Tahyon! But it's no plugin. Just copy the layer, make it nearly black/white (no grays) with extremely hard gradients (so that just the really light parts are left) then blur with gaussian (radius of your choice) and set the layer blend mode to "screen" (all dark parts get transparent). Then i used the sharp gradients map as a negative mask .. just to keep the blurred parts. Thats no plugin hokuspokus .. |
