This image is from the Mandelbrot set. It was created at 24000x16000 pixels and downsampled. There is a higher resolution (2400x1600) version here:

Looks like shallow seahorse valley to me, close to the eye of a seahorse, then off from one of the Y-antennas of a minibrot there and deeper to a dumbbell shape and, eventually, a tinier minibrot.
